    • In all plots of torsion angle against time, we have adopted the following methodology to make the plots as meaningful as possible. The default value of a torsion angle lies between - 180 and + 180°. However on occasion the value is changed by the addition or subtraction of 360° in order to minimise the change in angle observed in the plots. The axis range for the torsion angle is selected accordingly taking into account all torsion angles selected for the plot (Generic (i.e. signless) conformations are given in italics).
