J. Courtial (private communication). [The experiment of the MZID [16] was performed with linearly polarized light, with the Dove prism in each arm affecting the polarization. The effect of this polarization change on the interference was minimized by adjusting the angles of the Dove prisms in both arms symmetrically. In this way, interference could be observed at all angles of α.]
