11. Here and in the following we are citing the results of Kumar and Kawazoe although they have calculated the structures of neutral niobium clusters, whereas we are studying cluster anions. It seems to be, however, a general rule that the charge of a niobium cluster has no strong influence on its geometrical structure [7]
