3. As a result of these declarations, the relevant authority of the government of the Netherlands convened a group of experts at The Hague during its term at the head of the E.U. The reports of the colloquium of 28 February 1997 are published in Eur. Rev. Priv. Law, (1997), n.4, p. 455 ss. A new colloquium is scheduled in Leuven on November 30, 2001.
