18. Wells et al. reported on group 13/15 heterocycles containing two different group 15 elements. Whether these are true ternary compounds in the solid state or simple 1:1 cocrystallized mixtures of the starting heterocycles could not be proven beyond doubt, but their thermal decomposition yielded ternary materials. Comparable results were found in our group for analogous systems containing two different group 13 elements (see also ref Id).
