    • In the limit of vanishing e-ph coupling, the melting density appears to be independent on the dimensionality. This is due to the fact that we have considered the same value of δ = 0.25 both in the 3D and in the 2D case. As a consequence, the critical density estimated in the anisotropic case should be considered as a lower bound.
