    • We have checked the sensitivity of all our results to the range in volume fraction the numerical data was fit to in Fig. 1. The viscosity and diffusion constant are insensitive at the level of a factor of 2 or much less, except in the relatively narrow crossover region between the BCMF and hopping regimes (φ∼0.45-0.50) where the abruptness of the change in shape of the volume fraction dependences is a bit more sensitive. For higher-order questions concerning the "of order unity" quantities studied in the insets of Figs. 2 and 5, we find that our results are quantitatively sensitive to the precise interpolation formula employed but variations are again found to be at the factor of 2 or less level.
