    • Previously, a similar time-of-flight technique that operates in the mm wave spectral regime has been utilized to measure the dispersion of two-dimensional photonic lattices (see Ref. 7). The technique, called COMITS, is based on the generation/detection of the picosecond pulse transient from a pair of optoelectronically pulsed antenna.
