11. Note that the hopping amplitudes among gamma;8 orbitals are just the same as those for eg ones [see, for instance, E. Dagotto et al: Phys. Rep. 344 (2001) 1], since in the present definitions, a- and b-orbitals are (x2-y2)- and (3z2-r2)-like, respectively.
12. Note, however, that t itself should be treated as a parameter, since t includes effects of media around Ce ions.
