If the value of (Formula presented) turns out to be too small or the true mass ordering is RO, then a switch to antineutrino data taking would be indicated. Should a moderate amount of antineutrino data show a peak in the positron spectrum, then we can conclude that the RO hierarchy (Formula presented) holds true. If the neutrino data show that the NO hierarchy is correct and that the (Formula presented) parameter is nonzero, then we could switch to antineutrino data to explicitly show (Formula presented) non-conservation and measure the parameters more precisely. The event rate for an anti-neutrino beam running for the same running time of (Formula presented) is about 19000 charged current and 6000 neutral current events
