    • Some error is caused by reabsorption, especially in the case of iodine doping. For HCl doping the absorbance was monitored at the decaying edge of the band at 1.5 eV while the real band maximum is below 1.4 eV. The curve in Fig. 9 for HCl doping thus slightly exaggerates the slope. Furthermore, the rightmost point for HCl doping, not obeying the trend, is effected by etching.
