However, this point does not negate the fact that the elementary schools remain about three times more "accessible" from a tuition standpoint. 31. It is important to note here that a distinction can be made between denominational identity and religious character. The fact that students in Catholic schools are drawn from different religious traditions does not necessarily dilute the religious character of the school.
