3 edge spectrum normalized by setting the value of a polynomial fit through the pre-edge region to zero and that of a polynomial fit through the EXAFS region to unity at 18,120 eV. The spectra were calibrated by comparison of spectra for Zr foil, where the first inflection point was defined to be 17,999 eV.
