    • The only requirement is that the interaction constant between the same internal levels is larger than the one between different ones. For simplicity, we have assumed that both internal levels have identical interactions, as would be the case for the m = ±1 states of the hyperfine manifold. In this regime, no three body losses can occur, since there are never three atoms in the same site.
