Green chicken eggs are from a miniature variant (Bantam) of the Araucana-Americana breed, various shades of brown eggs from a commercial broiler Cornish x White Rock breed cross, and white eggs from the Single Comb White Leghorn breed; turkey eggs are from the Large White variety (large beige eggs with darker-beige spots); Japanese quail eggs (smallest eggs shown, mottled with brown to black splotches).
