    • Broken inversion symmetry is proved by a preliminary experiment of second harmonic generation (SHG) using 800 nm 100 fs laser pulses. SHG signal from the 10 u.c. "tricolor" supeflattice is roughly 10 times as large as that for the "bicolor" superlattices.
