    • h〉 values of the heavily cross-linked CAA-1 and CAA-2 particles after dialysis are 0.74 and 0.76, respectively. In our opinion, strengthening the cross-linking reaction enabled the reaction to occur in the center as well as the periphery of the core. Thus, swollen microgel instead of hollow spheres was obtained when the pH value of the solutions increases.
