    • 3CN with the ratio 2.5/0.2/1.0/6.0/9.3, v/v was the optimized system for the solid phase oxidation. A contact time of 10 min with this optimized system results in ca. 80% oxidized product, 3 as judged by RP-HPLC analysis. However, quantitative oxidation takes 45 min.
