Since the study in Ref.

Since the study in Ref. 15 used only (Formula presented) the extrapolation of (Formula presented) led to strong underestimation of the continuum limit. Since the extrapolation affected (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) in the same way, the results for the Wroblewski parameter (Formula presented) were almost unaffected, as this work verifies. The results for (Formula presented) were unrelated, and hence unaffected.
