    • It is enough to accumulate π phase shift between the Rabi oscillations for the transitions v=0,1; J̃=0 and J̃=2, and then comple the flip with a single-bit operation. Thus, any nonequal matrix elements for the corresponding transitions are sufficient. Our choice of the rational ratio is purely methodological.
