    • The precipitation polymerization techniques described in this paper have been extended to the synthesis of PFSMSs from fcSiMePh and the spirocyclic cross-linker 4. The resulting spherical particles had an average diameter of 1.84 μm and a PDI of 1.17 (see the Supporting Information). The fcSiMePh monomer was synthesized according to literature procedures (see ref 29).
