    • -4 M) was freshly prepared before each measurement. A 0.1 M stock solution of chiral mandelic acid in benzene containing 10% (V) DME was freshly prepared. Then, the sensor solution was mixed with the acid solution at room temperature in a 10 mL volumetric flask and diluted to the desired concentration. The resulting solution was allowed to stand at room temperature for 4 h before fluorescence measurement.
