    • More precisely, the junctions do not have the ideal shape of a rectangular solid. Since the length I in the front face becomes slightly shorter than that in the back face from the milling process, the junctions have a trapezoidal shape. The reported values are averages of the long and short lengths with differences of ∼0.4, 1, and 1 μm, respectively. However, the uniformity of the width is much better than that of the length.
