Particle effective diameter and ζ-potential were determined by photon correlation spectroscopy using a "ZetaPlus" ζ-potential analyzer (Brookhaven Instrument Co.) equipped with the multiangle option. The sizing measurements were performed at 23 °C at detection angle 90°.
