Temperature dependent measurements are required in order to unravel details of this motion, e.g., along the lines of a recent study reported by T. Bräuniger, R. Poupko, Z. Luz, H. Zimmermann, and U. Haeberlen, J. Chem. Phys. 115, 8049 (2001).
