The exact language in the SACS Principles of Accreditation, October 2001 draft, is located in two sections: the “Education Programs” section states, “14. The institution’s use of technology enhances student learning … and ensures that students have access to and training in the use of technology;” and, in the “Library and Other Learning Resources” section, it states, “26. The institution ensures that users have access to regular and timely instruction in the use of the library and other learning/information resources.”
