    • According to our TEM observation of SWNTs in DMF and 1% organic amine, the tube structure of SWNTs was not destroyed even after 10 h sonication. Therefore, we considered that the main reasons for the deformation of SWNTs would be the interaction between SWNTs and the substrate as well as the pressure from the tip of the probe during AFM measurement.
