26. Unlike the free ↔ excited-bound case [10], for a system tuned close to the Feshbach resonance, the dipole matrix element for the quasibound ↔ excited-bound transition should in general be sufficiently large to allow for equal pulse heights. See, e.g., Ref. [14].
27. Pauli blocking should not affect the rate limit due to the large number of available dissociation-continuum states.
