    • A cusp in the transient photocurrent can be seen even under the small signal condition as well as in well-rested samples, indicating that such a cusp is attributable neither to transient space-charge-limited current nor to trapped, space charge. The origin of this cusp is not fully understood at present.

    • The hole transit times of PMPS thin films were determined either from the time at a cusp of the transient photocurrent before UV irradiation and after annealing in Fig. 1 or from the time at the intercept between the plateau and the tail of the transient photocurrent after UV irradiation in Fig. 1. These transit times correspond to those of the fastest photocarriers to reach the back electrode.
