Weak nonlinearity and small CDW mass are indicative of the importance of Coulomb effects which could lead to the formation of stripes, like in cuprates (Ref. 33), with commensurability N≤2. For N≤3 then, the commensurability CDW pinning would be dominant and the resistive dissipation ineffective (Refs. 21 and 25) in contrast to our observations.
