    • The applied magnetic field is parallel to the b′ axis in the present study while the field is usually parallel to the b* axis (i.e., perpendicular to the conducting plane) for studies of the FISDW states. However, the difference between the b′ and b* axes (∼8°) does not have a substantial effect due to the 1/cosθ dependence of FISDW states.
