The extra noncoordinating THF ligand cocrystallizes only from THF/hexane solutions that are rich in THF (ratio ≈ 1:1). Solutions with less THF (1:2 or less) yield after cooling crystals without the extra noncoordinating THF ligand. The latter crystals were used for all the NMR and polymerization studies.
