    • As pointed out in ref 41, it is important to define the quantum yield in terms of hydrated electron produce per one photon. This definition is used throughout the present paper. In ref 41, the authors used the quantum efficiency rather than the quantum yield. Consequently, their values of quantum efficiency at 266 nm should be divided by two to be compared with our value and those of ref 6.
