This paper appeared during the processing of the present manuscript. It reports site- and energy-resolved reactivity on Cu(100) excluding, however, phonon excitations. The results agree qualitatively with our findings on a large reactivity at the bridge and hollow sites. The site specificity is, however, strongly energy-dependent.
