The difference in the PL spectra obtained after short mw pulse and in the absence of mw irradiation (spectra 1 and 4 of Fig. 11) is due to a weak electron heating by a mw power leaking through the p-i-n diode in the interval between the mw pulses (about (formula presented) during (formula presented), so that the spectrum 4 coincides with the spectrum 2 obtained at cw (formula presented).
