    • 2films, the observed transition temperature is suppressed, presumably by impurities. Higher transition temperatures are obtained by ex situ postannealing at higher temperatures in a high-pressure magnesium vapor. However, these films have extreme surface roughness due to the occurrence of recrystallizalion.
