A new company, Serials Solutions, now offers a contents updating service for aggregated package and will supply data (list of links) for ACM, but not yet for IEEE [see http://serialssolutions.com/homepage.asp]. Depending on the depth and breadth of coverage charges captured, this service could be a viable alternative to the options presented here, for some packages.
