    • The Catholic hospital, Neu-Mariahilf, is a small hospital with five departments: gynaecology and obstetrics, internal medicine, surgery, orthopaedics, and anesthesia and 135 beds. Affiliated to the hospital is 42 training places. The fact that the hospital is supported by a Catholic order affects the medical care and the work of the ethics committee only insofar as the personal moral concepts of staff members and committee by Christian beliefs.
