    • 2, 1.5 μg/mL aprotinin and 1.5 μg/mL leupeptin. One milliliter of the protoplasts was aliquoted into flasks, and samples were incubated in the dark at 25 °C for 24 h in the presence of 0, 10 μM (±) ABA, 10 μM 8, or 9 in triplicate for each treatment. Fluorometric assays of GUS activity were performed in triplicate for each sample.
