    • Precipitation from DMSO method: Drug solubility determination is based on the dilution of a sample supplied as a DMSO solution (10 mM) diluted with buffer. The measurement of concentration after filtration is achieved by comparison of the UV absorbance of the saturated solution with that of a known standard following an HPLC separation. The standard solution is prepared by dissolving a known weight of compound in a suitable solvent such as methanol or DMSO.
