6. For very large values of j, a problem appears for eigenvectors that are exponentially small for m = ±j. The results for j = 200 in Figs. 5-7 and Fig. 10 were obtained using Eq. (15), but for the results in Figs. 8 and 9, we used a standard eigenvector routine to avoid a numerical overflow.
7. In most textbooks the components are written in decreasing order with m. For our discussion of the classical limit the present choice is more natural.
