The term "DARC" is a misleading description of the phenomena of the present system, because most radiation systems have a principle to convert dc energy to ac energy, i.e., the e-beam energy in most microwave sources is converted to radiation. Therefore, we made a new nickname RIFLE which is a more appropriate term to describe the phenomena.
