2 is double walled, suggesting that every band should be split into two [6]. Indeed, we have detected both bands and observed that the splitting, as well as the relative intensity of the two bands, is strongly dependent on momentum, photon energy, polarization, and surface quality. In some circumstances, as in the case presented here, we obtained only one band. However, when both bands are well resolved, they show similar behavior in the vicinity of the Fermi level and similar self-energy corrections to those discussed in the present study. Therefore the presence (or absence) of the second band is irrelevant here.
