[8] Phenomenological values of the helicity 1/2 and 3/2 transition amplitudes have remained relatively stable in fits to pion-photoproduction data. Quark models, however, have predicted ratios ranging between the pion- and η-photoproduction results. See Ref. [5] for a discussion of the various quark model predictions.
