22. The values for the permanent dipole moment obtained with the relaxation model are higher by ∼ 20% than values that would be deduced directly from the linear fit shown in Figure 2. The data plotted in Figure 2 are obtained by measuring the average deviation of the profile. They do not take into account relaxation effects.
