26. PAUL G. A. SIJBEN is a distinguished member of technical staff in the Forward-Looking Work Department at Lucent Technologies' Service Provider Networks organization in Huizen, the Netherlands. His responsibilities include research and development of multimedia service architectures and voice over IP. Mr. Sijben received an M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. JOHN P. L. SEGERS, a member of technical staff in the Forward-Looking Work Department at Lucent Technologies' Service Provider Networks organization in Huizen, the Netherlands, holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Eindhoven University of Technology in Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
