20. We remark that herring-bone order is present in the nmOBC compounds as discussed in ref. [4]. In ref. [11], herring-bone diffraction was not seen in 54COOBC. According to J. T. Ho in private communications, this does not exclude its presence, but only indicates that a local herring-bone order is either very weak or not present. They did not search for herring-bone order due to the limitation of experimental sensitivity.
