16. 2, then the residue is suspended in ether, filtrated on celite, and concentrated to afford a crude oil. After chromatography on silicagel (ethyl acetate/cyclohexane 50/50), 1.3 g (6.6 mmol, 66 %) of lactone 7 (Rf : 0.2) are obtained.
