    • Finding families for genomic ORFans
    • Sequence orphans (unique functionally uncharacterised sequences) represent the toughest challenges for theoretical approaches to genome analysis. It is not clear how quickly the number of sequence orphans in different genomes will decrease. The results in this paper suggest that we will be facing the problem of sequence orphans for a long time
