    • Note added: TP-A type ordering was recently observed as a dominant superstructure in small-amount-of-Sb doped GalnP grown at a high temperature of 650'C, in which temperature CuPt-B type ordering is observed without Sb doping. This has been ascribed to the very low volatility of Sb, compared to P. T. Ichihashi, K. Kurihara, K. Nishi, and T. Suzuki; Submitted to Jpn. J. Appl. Phys.
